With us you have the opportunity to fast actively, which means you detoxify your body and at the same time give it exercise, relaxation and rest. The Schleswig-Holstein lake district, its forests and fields and the wide sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea from Sierksdorf
to Timmendorfer Strand provide the stage for your physical and mental recuperation.
Since 2022, the Hotel See-Villa has been working with two medically certified fasting leaders who organise fasting periods according to the guidelines of the German Fasting Academy. During your one-week break, the hotel is available to you exclusively with the other like-minded people in your fasting group. We make sure that all ingredients for the culinary provision are regional and seasonal,
from organic farming and fair trade organic products.

Fasting hikes
with the Buchinger method

This method combines fasting for several days, during which only liquids such as water, tea and vegetable broth are consumed, with daily walks in nature. The body is detoxified, regeneration is supported and general well-being is increased. Exercise in the fresh air stimulates the circulation and metabolism, which reinforces the positive effects of fasting.

Alkaline fasting

Alkaline fasting is a reduction diet in which you eat around 1,000 calories a day for one or two weeks. You don't have to starve yourself: for many, the diet is initially different to what they are used to, but lots of fresh salad and herbs, ripe fruit and seasonal vegetables will make this journey a pleasure.

Fasting & Yoga

Here you combine fasting according to the Buchinger method with daily yoga sessions. Karuna yoga, singing bowl meditation, relaxation yoga and the occasional power session round off your fasting period harmoniously.
